If you wish to join my assosiation you may do one of two things:
1) Copy the application form in the first article and then paste it into a comment- please ensure that you complete the form exactly as requested. I shall then copy your application into my files and shall advise you of your membership number- you will then be a member.
2) Contact me for the fully detailed application form on bubbasmith@btinternet.com
and I shall forward the form to you in an attachment with glorious graphics!
